The users must read the Terms and conditions of ITBizFocus and the must discontinue with the service if they do not accept any of the provisions.

Copyright

All the contents in the service are under the authority of ITBizFocus, which includes, graphics, software, links, photographs, audio and video clips and other informations related to the service. The contents, which have been provided by ITBizFocus, are not allowed to be abused as they are protected by copyrights, trademarks and other implanted propriety laws. The users can use any content in the “service only” for their personal requirement only after maintaining all copyrights and other essential aspect of the contents. Any unauthorized copying, redistribution, modification, storage or publication of any material is strictly prohibited without the consent of the company. The user will not be allowed to take advantage of the personal usage agreement mentioned above.

Ethical Conducts

ITBizFocus will remove all those contents posted by the users, which are offensive and unethical. The access of the users related to the service is under strict vigilance. To avoid any disturbances, contents can be modified or removed, especially from interactive areas. No vulgar language, photography and other means of communication, which found threatening or harassing, shall be entertained. The user will be charged for such misconducts in violating privacy or publicity laws. SPAM is strictly prohibited in the service.

Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liabilities

The service is provided on an “availability” basis. The company disclaims any type of warranties for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The user should understand that the service is used solely at the user’s risk. No advice or information obtained from ITBizFocus will act as a warranty not expressly stated herein. User should also agree that neither the company, nor any third party shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages. This may result from:

• use or non-use of the services
• procurement cost of substitute goods and services
• any data, information or services purchased or obtained
• any messages received or transactions entered through or from the service resulting from unauthorized access, alteration of user’s transmission data and those arising from any other matter relating to the service.

However, these are not limited to, damages for loss of profits, use, data or other intangible, even if the company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

General

This agreement held exclusively in between the parties, keeping the importance of the subject in question. In future, this is may be customized only by a written documents with the consent of the parties.

The Republic of India shall govern this document, based on the existing law, which contains the User Terms and Conditions Agreement.
